The Agenda

Theme: How can voice and online models work together?

We have chosen the theme "How can voice and online models work together" (where "voice" is operator assisted from landline or mobile and "online" is accessed by the user from PC or smartphone).

On Monday afternoon, an interactive session will encourage participants to discuss the theme and share information and ideas based on their own market experiences. This will be an early opportunity to network and establish contacts that could be developed as the meeting progresses.

The main session on Tuesday will explore the theme in some depth by posing pertinent questions to a variety of industry players and EIDQ members.
Questions will include:
1. What are your customers expecting?
2. Is your approach cannibalisation or complementary?
3. What strategic changes have you made recently and with what results and conclusions?
4. Have you implemented new business models - for cost savings or revenue generation?

Being in the UK, we will hear from local speakers about the UK market and regulatory issues. We will also look at the wider regulatory situation in Europe including the latest steps being taken with the privacy protection of mobile numbers and the various models in place.

We also have some really interesting special guest presentations.

We are inviting organisations to take part in The second EIDQ Innovation Challenge. We hope this will prove attractive to start-up businesses and provide them with an excellent opportunity to "pitch" their ideas to an audience of the key players in Europe. Entrants will be asked to relate their idea to the event theme.

But, as always, one of the best reasons for being at an EIDQ Plenary is the networking with others who are experiencing the same issues and opportunities as you in our industry.

Can you really afford to miss it?
